Work Implementations: Cleaning measures and development works

Nay Pyi Taw Council Chairman U Kan Myint Than inspected ongoing cleanliness and local development projects across the capital on Saturday.

He visited Mingala Theikdi Ward in Zabuthiri Township to review sanitation work with officials, community groups, and residents, emphasizing regular cleaning, proper waste management, and maintaining water flow in drainage systems. He also inspected the sale of meat, fish, eggs, and vegetables at regulated prices.

Later, he inspected Thapyaygon Market and instructed authorities to ensure cleanliness, organized waste disposal, and the upkeep of plants, roads, and market facilities.

The council chairman also visited waterways in Zeyathiri and Pobbathiri Townships, reviewing flood prevention and drainage maintenance, and instructed on completing projects efficiently. Additionally, he inspected the new two-story RC building at Bo Min Yaung Ward in Tatkon Township and provided instructions for smooth project implementation.
