Welcoming returnees: Kayah State CM provided basic foodstuff to the returnees

The Kayah State Government provided healthcare and basic foodstuff for the returnees at the reception camp for temporary displaced persons in NaungYar (A) Ward, Loikaw Township on 26th February.

First, the Kayah State Chief Minister U Zaw Myo Tin, state ministers, responsible officials from Loikaw station and departmental officials provided basic foodstuff including rice, cooking oil, instant noodle packages to the people who temporarily displaced and returned their homes.

Then, the Chief Minister inquired the requirements of the returnees and clarified the conditions carrying out for the re-development of the state in each sector and cordially greeted the returnees.

As the region has been prevailing the stability, the people who return their home through the reception camp were accepted by putting into entry systematically, they are provided healthcare relating to the COVID-19, the positive patients were conveyed to admit to the hospital, the families who will resettle in each ward of Loikaw were provided basic foodstuff and the relevant departments and civil society organizations are collaborating under the guidance of the state government, it’s reported.
