Virus Prevention: Disinfectant Spraying Underway At Schools

COVID-19 preventive measures have been accelerated across the country. In Taungtha Township of Mandalay Region, under the instruction by the Township COVID-19 Prevention, Control and Emergency Response Committee, disinfectant spraying is being carried out at basic education schools, education office and branch of Central Bank of Myanmar, according to the Information and Public Relations Department.

COVID-19 cases in Myanmar have now reached 299 with 6 deaths and 218 recoveries. Among the recovered patients, 206 have been discharged from hospitals, according to the Ministry of Health and Sports.
