Vietnamese PM receives FedEx CEO

On Thursday, Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh met with Richard Smith, President and CEO of FedEx Express, one of the world's largest express delivery companies.

During the meeting, a number of development opportunities for Viet Nam’s digital economy were discussed. Pham Minh Chinh expressed hope for FedEx’s collaboration in enhancing logistics networks, promoting e-commerce, and supporting local companies in global supply chain expansions.

The Prime Minister invited FedEx to explore investment opportunities in this crucial infrastructure.Smith affirmed FedEx’s commitment to Viet Nam as a key market in Southeast Asia through extended cooperation and long-term investments.
