Victory Garden: The 1st zoological garden and park opened in Lwe Kaw

A private-owned Victory Garden was inaugurated in Lwe Kaw village, Myitkyina Township, Kachin State on Thursday. At the opening event, Kachin Traditional Manaw dance was staged and famous vocalists entertained with the songs.

The Garden is on about 9-acre of land and it was cost about 150 million kyats. Victors can study the native bird species, wild animals and indigenous orchid species there. It also facilitated with a playground and a swimming pool. It is the very first zoological garden and park in the State.
