Tourism Development: MOHT Union Minister met with hoteliers in Nay Pyi Taw

Union Minister for Hotels and Tourism Dr Htay Aung, together with officials, inspected the greening and beautifying works of hotels in Nay Pyi Taw Union Territory on Saturday.

In meeting with the officials from hotels in Nay Pyi Taw, the Union Minister said the government is laying down the policies for Nay Pyi Taw to become Green City, Clean City and Smart City, and stressed that the officials from hotel industry are needed to make cooperative efforts in this process.

He also pointed out the need to prioritize for greening and beautifying works around the environ while providing best services to the visitors. The Union Minister called for cooperation of all concerned persons in an effort for development of tourism sector being implemented by the state and the ministry.
