Three-Day Exhibition : Yangon Region Agriculture and Livestock Exhibition

The opening ceremony of Yangon Region Agriculture and Livestock Exhibition, held in honor of Peasants' Day, took place in Hlaingthaya Township of Yangon Region on Saturday.

The event was attended by Yangon Region Chief Minister U Soe Thein, regional government officials, department heads, members of the Yangon City Development Committee, district and township representatives, farmers, and invited guests.

The ceremony began with a speech by Yangon Region Minister for Economic Affairs U Myo Myint Aung, followed by the ribbon-cutting ceremony. After the opening, the Chief Minister and officials toured the exhibition, which showcased displays of vegetables, fruits, livestock competitions, as well as MSME exhibits and sales booths. The exhibition will continue until March 2, and include various booths, live shows, and sales events.
