Terrain, rain hamper search at site of China plane crash

There was heavy security Wednesday as emergency workers combed a site in southwest China where a domestic airliner came down Monday with 132 people on board.

A number of people, believed to be family or relatives of the passengers, were seen at the entrance to Lu Village, some requesting access to the area where wreckage was found.Rough terrain and rainfall are hampering the search for clues into why the China Eastern plane fell from the sky and crashed into a wooded mountainside, presumably killing everyone on board.Investigators say it is too early to speculate on the cause of the crash.
