Temporary learning facility: MoSWRR UM inspected completion of facilities

Union Minister for Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement, Dr. Soe Win, accompanied by responsible officials, visited the sub-middle school in Thit Tat သစ်တပ် Village, Zeyathiri Township, Nay Pyi Taw Council Area on June 3rd.

There, he inspected and encouraged the progress of students’ learning as well as the completed construction of a temporary learning facility donated by international donors through the AHA Centre. The temporary learning facility is a container-type structure measuring 90 feet in length and 30 feet in width, designed for immediate use.

It can be constructed in about 10 days. Reports indicate that a total of 20 such temporary learning facilities: 5 each in Nay Pyi Taw Council Area, Sagaing Region, Mandalay Region, and Shan State, have been constructed and donated at a total cost of approximately 600,000 US dollars.
