Sun shines as Britain enjoys hottest day of 2020 so far

Britain enjoyed its hottest weather of 2020 as temperatures hit 32 Degree Celsius on Wednesday. People reveled in the hot weather across the country, flocking to parks and outdoor spaces despite the continuing lockdown restrictions which still limit some aspects of life in the UK. According to the UK's Met Office, temperatures of 32.6 Degree Celsius were recorded at Heathrow airport, which beat the year's previous high of 28.9 Degree Celsius. A yellow weather warning was put in place on Wednesday for parts of England by NHS England, set to last until Friday.
