Solar Irrigation Project: Magway Region CM makes inspection in AungLan

Magway Region Chief Minister U Tint Lwin together with the ministers and officials inspected the Kan Ma Lay Solar Irrigation Project in AungLan Township.

During the inspection, the project in-charge Assistant Director of the Department of Irrigation and Water Utilization Management clarified the work implementations and processes of irrigation to farmlands.

He also explained acceleration of summer paddy plantation to 300 acres during 2023 and the Chief Minister coordinated requirements. There, the Chief Minister met with the local farmers and said that it’s important to choose the good quality paddy to accelerate the paddy plantations.

As the government is trying to develop the socio economic life of the farmers by implementing solar irrigation projects, the farmers need to coordinate with the officials in accelerating the seasonal crops plantations and cultivating triple crops plantations to develop the nation’s economy.

And, the local farmers reported the requirements on which the Chief Minister and officials gave instructions and coordinated.
