A certificate issued by the passenger's final destination, an exit permit to leave one's community as well as negative test results are needed. Public transport including buses and subway would gradually resume starting from Sunday, and flights and trains would increase step by step.Authorities said Shanghai would reopen in June, but gave no details or a clear timeline.China reported 1,100 local infections on Tuesday, with more than 74% of them in Shanghai.
