Shanghai Ocean Park reopens

Meanwhile, the Shanghai Haichang Ocean Park resumed business on Sunday after a three-month closure due to the pandemic.

Tourists were asked to scan the park's venue code to register their visit upon entry into the park, and the number of visitors was limited to 75% of the park's maximum capacity.

All employees at the park were required to take an antigen test every day and provide a negative nucleic acid test result every 48 hours.

China's largest city reported 37 local infections on Monday, down from more than 20,000 a day at the peak of the outbreak.
