Second Day Event : Largest Space-Themed Art, Cartoon, and Poster Competition

The second day of Myanmar's largest space-themed art, cartoon, and poster competition for basic education students continued in Yangon on Saturday.

The event, held at the People's Square Center, showcased students competing in various categories. Chief Minister U Soe Thein and officials toured the competition, viewing students' work and presenting prizes, including cash awards, to winners.

Visitors also enjoyed space-related exhibits. The competition, which runs from February 27 to March 1, involves over 6,000 students from primary to high school levels. The themes include "Space Heroes" for primary, "Exploring the Space World" for middle school, and "Future Space Technologies" for high school. The event will award first, second, third, and 10 special prizes, along with certificates and souvenirs for all participants.
