Rural Development: MCRD Union Minister inspects development works

Union Minister for Cooperatives and Rural Development U Myo Zaw Thein visited villages in Zeyathiri District to inspect cooperative farming, livestock breeding, and rural development projects. He met with members of the Shwe Zeyar Agricultural Cooperative Society, local farmers, and residents, and encouraged efforts to improve agricultural production and community development.

The Union Minister also inspected rice milling operations at a Myanmar-Korea advanced rice mill, summer paddy fields, household electrical appliance repair businesses, a village water meter system, and a pig-farming project supported by a rural economic development fund. During the visit, he listened to the needs and concerns of local residents and coordinated support for their development activities.
