Rehabilitation training: Ceremony of completing rehabilitation training held

The ceremony of completing center based rehabilitation training (2/2022) for those who have done complete withdrawal from drugs was held at the Kachin Rehabilitation Center (Myitkyina) in the morning on 28th February.

At the ceremony, state minister for social affairs U Win Ye Tun encouraged the trainees that they now walk on the right path after leaving wrong path behind and they could overcome the difficulties and need to carry out to achieve the success.

Next, the in-charge of center extended words of thanks for their help to emerge the center based rehabilitation training and the state minister and department officials handed over certificate of completing training to 20 trainees.

During the training period of 3 months from 1st December, 2021 to 29 February 2022, the 20 trainees were given the training for the mental and physical improvement as well as the vocational training such as welding, household basic electronic appliaces repairing training, crops cultivation training, motorbike repairing training and the soap making training, it’s reported.
