Receiving WFP Country Director: MONPIFER UM received WFA country director

Union Minister for the Ministry of National Planning, Investment and Foreign Economic Relations, U Aung Kyaw Hoe, received Mr. Michael John Dunford, Representative and Country Director of the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) in Myanmar, at the Ministry's Office No. (1) in Nay Pyi Taw on the morning of 21 July 2026.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed and exchanged views regarding the WFP’s work plan for ongoing programmes and future plan in Myanmar. Senior officials from the Ministry of National Planning, Investment and Foreign Economic Relations also attended the meeting.
