Receiving delegation: MoEP Union Minister received Russian delegation

The Union Minister for Electric Power U Thaung Han received a delegation led by President Mr. VadimTitov of Russian State Atomic Energy Corporation “ROSATOM”Rusatom International Network and the Director General Mr. AndreyRozhdestvin of Rusatom Energy Projects at the meeting hall of Yangon Electricity Supply Corporation in Ahlon Township at 4:00 PM on February 6.

At the meeting, they conducted extensive discussion on the status of implementation for initial feasible survey of thermal energy power plant, matters on the investment for the construction of thermal energy power plant and project implementation measures, matters on loan obtaining, processes to be carried out, status of singing MoU between ROSATOM and domestic companies, duration and prospects of construction for wind power electricity project and the technological matters.

Next, the Union Minister U Thaung Han presented memorable gifts to thePresident of Rusatom International Network of Russian Federation and Director General of Rusatom Energy Projects and took a documentary photo.
