Receiving Ambassador of India: MONPIFER UM received Ambassador of India

Union Minister for the Ministry of National Planning, Investment and Foreign Economic Relations, U Aung Kyaw Hoe receives Mr. Abhay Thakur, Ambassador of India to Myanmar at the Office No (1) of Ministry, Nay Pyi Taw in the afternoon of 22 June 2026.

During the meeting, they frankly discussed and exchanged views on enhancing economic and investment relations between Myanmar and India, human resources development and projects being implemented with Indian assistances. Senior officials from the Ministry of National Planning, Investment and Foreign Economic Relations and representatives from Indian Embassy also attended the meeting.
