Public Health Campaign: Masks And Sanitizers Distributed To The People In Sittwe

Rakhine State Chief Minister Dr. Aung Kyaw Min together with the state ministers, state advocate general, secretary of state government, state, district and Township level departmental officials, civil society organizations and ward/village administrators joined the mask free distribution public campaign in the morning on 24th February to prevent the spreading of COVID-19 in Sittwe Township.

The chief minister and party distributed health educating pamphlets, masks and hand sanitizers to the people on the road and the taxi drivers. The chief ministers also joined the combined groups who are conducting free masks and sanitizers at MyoThaGyi ward, in front of Myoma Market and BallonKwin ward.

The public campaign of free distributing masks and hand sanitizers to prevent the spreading of COVID-19 new variant Omicron infection in Sittwe Township has been conducting from 23rd to 25th February, it’s reported.
