








A ceremony to present conclusion certificates of Magway Education Degree College First Aid (Basic) Training Course (1/2023) was held at the Pyinnya Beikman Hall of Magway Education Degree College on Thursday.
Magway Region Chief Minister Thiri Pyanchi U Tint Lwin and regional ministers, region, district and township level departmental officials, Chairman of the Region Red Cross Supervisiory Committee and members and teachers attended the ceremony.
At the ceremony, the Region Chief Minister U Tint Lwin said that while learning teaching skills, the practical and theoretical works are taught at the school to fulfill the quality education.
To guide the students to complete their knowledge, measures will be undertaken to learn the students safely. Now, with the knowledge that will be gained from the First Aid (Basic) course, the trainees and teachers will have the opportunity to save human lives in their surroundings and in the areas where they are assigned.
The main purpose of first aid is to save lives, to prevent injuries, fevers from getting worse, to speed up the recovery time and to ease the pain. The Region Minister expressed his belief that the teachers who have completed the course would participate in the cases so that unexpected losses would not occur.
The Principal of Magway Education Degree College reported on the salient points of the training and the Chairman of the Region Red Cross Supervisory Committee explained about the First Aid basic training course.
After that, the Region Chief Minister and officials presented conclusion certificates to 80 education degree college trainees and the trainee teachers conducted demonstration of the first aid.
