Parliamentary Cooperation : Meeting with the delegations of Russia and Belarus

Speaker of the Pyithu Hluttaw U Khin Yi received a delegation led by Deputy Chairman of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Mr. Sholban Kara-ool at the Zabuthiri Guest Hall of the Hluttaw office in Nay Pyi Taw on Friday evening.

During the meeting, both sides exchanged views on strengthening friendship and parliamentary cooperation between Myanmar and Russia. On separate occasion, Speaker U Khin Yi received Chairman of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly, Mr. Igor Sergyenko of  Belarus, and discussed matters on promoting bilateral friendship and cooperation for benefits of the two people, and collaboration between the two parliaments.
