Parliamentary Affairs: Hluttaw observers and book donation

Pyithu Hlattaw Speaker U Khin Yi on Thursday received the responsible personnel from Farmers' Life Development Foundation and retired Myanmar selected athletes at the Hluttaw hall in Nay Pyi Taw.

The Speaker gave a detailed explanation of the Hluttaw’s procedures and legislation, stating that Hluttaw has established the Farmers' Affairs Committee and the Health and Sports Committee where the participants were encouraged to communicate their difficulties and proposals for action, He emphasized that the Hluttaw serves as a bridge between the people who seek assistance and the government responsible for taking action. He expressed his sincere appreciation for visiting the Hluttaw session to observe and learn about the Parliamentary affairs.

On the same day, the Speaker of the Pyithu Hlattaw accepted the book copies of Dr. Aung Gyi, Pyithu Hlattaw Representative from Kyaiklat Constituency. The books were donated to the Hluttaw library, and the Speaker in turn presented a certificate of recognition.
