Order No.27/2026: Appointment of judges of the region/ state High Courts

President Office issued an Order No.27/2026 on April 10, regarding the appointment of judges of the region/ state High Courts.

The appointments were made in line with Section 308(b), Sub-section 4 of the Constitution, Section 19(d) of the Union Government Law and Section 45 of the Union Judiciary Law, and with the approval of respective region/state hluttaws. The order was signed by President U Min Aung Hlaing.
