Order No-16/2026: Appointment of Deputy Ministers

President Office of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar issued an Order No.16.2026, regarding the appointment of Deputy Ministers, on Friday.

It stated that it appointed the Deputy Ministers in accordance with Section -234 (a) and (d) of the State Constitution, and Sub-Section(9)of Section-16(b) of the Union Government Law. 46 Deputy Ministers for (3) Ministry were appointed including two Deputy Ministers for Ministries of Digital Development and Communication; Foreign Affairs; National Planning, Investment and Foreign Economic Relations; Finance and Revenue; Education; Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation; Electric Power; Industry and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development; Immigration and Population; Commerce; Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement; and 3 Deputy Ministers for Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation. The order was signed by U Min Aung Hlaing, President.
