






The Opening Ceremony of the Pre Employmnet Training for graduates from Yangon and Sagaing campuses of the Degree College for the Development of Ethnic Youth who will serve at the Departments under the Ministry of Cooperatives and Rural Development was held at the training hall of the Department of Rural Development (Office No. 36-B) in Nay Pyi Taw on June 9.
The ceremony was attended by Union Minister U Hla Moe, Deputy Minister U Myint Soe, the Permanent Secretary, Director Generals, and relevant officials from the Ministry of Cooperatives and Rural Development.
At the ceremony, the Union Minister stated that by systematically studying the lessons included in the training, the trainees will be better prepared to enter the workplace. He emphasized that it would contribute significantly to their individual capacity development and enable them to carry out office tasks more efficiently and quickly.
Following that, the trainees introduced themselves individually, and a group photo was taken to commemorate the occasion.
After the opening ceremony, the Union Minister, Deputy Minister, and officials visited the Prefabricated Modular Houses being installed by the Department of Rural Development for staff affected by the earthquake. They also inspected the installation of water, electricity, and sanitation systems.
The Union Minister instructed that the installation of the modular houses should be completed as soon as possible, and once finished, staff should be systematically and promptly accommodated.
