Opening Home For the Aged: Magwe Region CM opened Nammadar Home for the Aged

Under the guidance of the Prime Minister, the opening ceremony of Nammadar Home for the Aged in Minbu Township, Magwe Region was held in the morning on February 10 with the attendance of Magwe Region Chief Minister U Tint Lwin and region government ministers.

First, the Chief Minister, region ministers and Chairman of organizing committee for Nammadar Home for the Aged District Administrator U Tun Tun Win opened by cutting the ceremonial ribbon. Next,the Chief Minister and wife, region ministers and officials sprinkled the entrance signboard and stone inscription with the scented water.

Then, the cash donation ceremony for the Nammadar Home for the Aged was held and the chief minister extended words of appreciation for the donations and the donors.

Afterward, Chairman of organizing committee for Nammadar Home for the Aged District Administrator U Tun Tun Win clarified the construction works, renovation and status of accepting elders, receiving cash donation and expenditure, appointment of staff and the Chief Minister and wife provided assistances and a women elder expressed words of thanks.

Then, the well-wishers, donors and departments contributed cash donations for the Nammadar Home for the Aged and the Chief Minister and officials accepted the donations, viewed round the status of accepting elders at he home for the aged, cordially greeted them and fulfilled necessaries, it’s reported.
