Oil tanker Agioi Fanendes carries Russian diesel to New York

A Maltese-flagged tanker, Agioi Fanendes, carrying nearly 300,000 barrels of Russian diesel loaded at the Primorsk terminal, was tracked off Helsinki on Friday with New York listed as its destination on its AIS transponder, according to maritime tracking firm Kpler. The voyage follows US President Donald Trump’s announcement in early October of an agreement to deliver Russian diesel to the US market.
