Oil Mills Development Loan: Management Task Force held its meeting

Oil Mills Development Loan Management Task Force under the Ministry of Planning and Finance held its meeting at the Ministry on May 30.

Deputy Minister U Min Htut in his capacity as Chairman of the Task Force presided over the meeting, and made a speech.

The Deputy Minister said according to the decisions made in previous meeting, implementations are underway for more participation of private banks for loan disbursement, preparation for higher interest rate and amendments in financial rules for setting new insurance interest rate.

After completion, Oil Mills Development Loan will be disbursed widely in cooperation with private banks. The attendees made sector-wise discussions on current implementations and future plans.
