Offering rice and foodstuff: Families of MOHA offered rice and foodstuff to the Sangha

With the aim at the convenience of matters on the alms-food for the monasteries and nunneries during the COVID-19 preventive period, the members of forces, officers and staff families of the Ministry of Home Affairs is offering rice and foodstuffs to the monasteries in each Townships.

On the 5th of March, for the monks residing in the Thiri Yatana monastery in Tatkone Township, Nay Pyi Taw Council are, Abbot training school in Myitkyina Township, Kachin State, Hsay Wingabar SarThinTaik in Hpa-An Township, Kayin State, Razamuni Sarthintaik in PhaungPyin Township, Sagaing Region, Moe Gaung monastery, ChanAyeThaZan Township, Mandalay Region, MyaungMyaKyaung Pariyatti Sarthintaik in Pathein Township, Ayeyawady Region, the rice and foodstuff were offered by the responsible officials from the relevant Nay Pyi Taw Council, Regions and States on behalf of the members of forces, officers and staff families of the Ministry of Home Affairs, it’s reported.
