NDSC Law No.9: NDSC enacted amended Revenue Appellate Tribunal Law

The National Defense and Security Council has enacted the Law Amending to the Revenue Appellate Tribunal Law (The National Defense and Security Council Law No. 9/2026) on February 26, 2026, in accordance with Section 427 of the Constitution. The law consists of 16 Sections and Sub-Sections. It was signed by Acting President Senior General Min Aung Hlaing in accordance with the provisions of Section 427 of the Constitution.
