Multi-faceted cooperation: Union Minister receives Ambassador of Thailand

Union Minister for Foreign Affairs U Than Swe received Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar Mr. MongkoiVisitstump at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nay Pyi Taw on 15 February.

During the courtesy call, both sides cordially exchanged views on the further advancement of the existing friendly relations and bilateral cooperation, and also discussed matters pertaining to the expansion of multi-faceted cooperation including tourism, trade and investment, promotion of people-to-people connectivity between the two countries as well as closer collaboration at both regional and multilateral arenas.
