MRESA’s 2026-AGM : Strengthening professional standards for real estate sector

The Myanmar Real Estate Services Association (MRESA) is strengthening professional standards in the country's real estate sector through training, certification and international cooperation, according to officials of the association.

The association has now reached its 14th anniversary, and the Annual General  its annual general meeting 2026-AGM was held in Yangon on Saturday. Since its establishment, MRESA has expanded its network to 77 offices across regions and states and has grown to more than 17,700 members nationwide.

The association has conducted 98 basic real estate training courses and regularly provides professional and leadership training for its members.

 MRESA is committed to ensure that every member of the association becomes a professional real estate service provider with a thorough understanding of the existing laws and regulations, upholding the interests of the nation and its people.

The association successfully established international partnerships by signing Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) with the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) and the ASEAN Real Estate Network Alliance (ARENA). The association is also actively participating in the regional real estate forums, and will host the 2026 Asia-Pacific Real Estate Convention.
