Meeting with staff & families: MoALI DM met with staff and their families

The Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation, Dr. Aung Gyi, on May 18, visited the blue-grade apartment complexes where staff members and their families from the Ministry, who had been temporarily relocated to emergency shelters due to the recent Mandalay earthquake, have now resettled.

He met with them personally to offer support and encouragement. The Deputy Minister visited staff members and their families residing in apartments No. 6214, 6204, 33112, 33114, 5341, and 5344 in Zabuthiri Township.

During his visits, he spoke with them closely and provided guidance on maintaining a clean environment, using water and electricity systematically, fostering unity among staff families, and staying alert to potential outbreaks of communicable diseases that can arise following natural disasters. He also coordinated responses to the issues raised by the staff during the discussions.
