Meeting on regional affairs: Union Minister meets officers, other ranks & their families

Member of the State Administration Council Union Minister for Defence General Mya Tun Oo and party visited local station in Monywa of Sagaing Region on Monday and met with officers, other ranks and their families at the station hall.

The Union Minister gave necessary instructions and presented food stuff. On arrival at Katha district police station, the Union Minister and party cordially met with town elders and presented gifts.

At the Katha city hall, the Union Minister held meeting with district and township level departmental officials and gave a speech. At the meeting, Chairman of Katha district administration Council reported the situation of the region.

The Union Minister coordinated essentials and presented food stuff to officials. At Katha Station, the Union Minister met officers, other ranks and their families and provided food assistance.

In the afternoon of that day, the Union Minister and party then proceeded to Shwebo and met with town elders at the assembly hall of district general administration department and presented gifts.

He also held meeting with Shwe Bo district and township level departmental officials at the city hall. After fulfilling the needs on the report of official, the Union Minister presented food and gifts to the district and township level departmental officials.
