Medal Tally: Myanmar wins four medals at 20th Asian Games

Myanmar has won two gold, one silver and one bronze medal, for a total of four medals, at the 20th Asian Games being held in Japan from September 19 to October 4. Myanmar is competing in five sports, Tag Ball, Esports, Chinlone, Gymnastics and women’s football.

The medals came from Tag Ball, which won one gold, one silver and one bronze, and Esports, which won one gold. With four medals, Myanmar is currently ranked 22nd among 45 participating countries. Myanmar’s medal tally at this Asian Games has already surpassed its results at the previous two Asian Games which won two bronze medals in Sepak Takraw and Wushu in 2018 and one gold and two bronze medals in Sepak Takraw and Boat Race in 2023.
