MEC Regular Meeting: Myanmar Engineering Council held its meeting

Myanmar Engineering Council held its Third Session of 11th Regular Meeting in Yangon on 7th June.

Union Minister for Industry Dr. Charlie Than attended the meeting in his capacity as Patron of the Council and made an opening speech.

In his speech, the Union Minister underscored the crucial role of engineering enterprises in rehabilitation process and expressed his appreciation for the active participation of the council in relief efforts together with the relevant departments and organizations.

Next, the Council Chairman, Vice Chairmen and officials made discussions on current task undertaking, further work implementation, Council’s 2022-2026 Master Plan implementation, tasks undertaking upon decisions made during previous meeting and financial statement of the council respectively. The meeting also sought approval for the resolutions of 3 Regular Executive Board meetings and making clarifications on work completions of the respective working committees.
