

An event of Myanmar Computer Professional Association Day was held at the university of computer studies, Yangon on 4th March, 2020.
The event was jointly organized by MCPA and the University of computer studies, Yangon. The ten companies take part in the event. Dr. Mie Mie Thet Thwin, the rector of the University of Computer Studies, Yangon, the chairman of MCPA U Tun Khine and the other officials attended the event.
Chairman, Yangon computer professional association, Aung Soe Moe said “We are a bridge between the students and the businesses in the IT field to facilitate the friendship and provide opportunities. Besides university of computer studies, we have a plan to join YTU and YU.”
The event aims at a linkage between the students who will soon to be graduate and the companies in the ICT industry and ICT Human Resources.
One of the final year students in the event expressed her opinion of the event.
Final year student, Zin zin Htet said “Attending the event makes me easily to get job and the event can provide job opportunities for all the students, especially final year students.”
The attending the event is beneficial for the students to get the information of the companies which they want to join, as the graduated student can prepare in advance the essential qualifications for the job and by writing about attending the MCPA day event on their cover letter, they can get better career opportunities. The students who are interested in IT field can join the event.
