Lincoln Hospital declared a critical incident following an increase in patients being admitted, British broadcaster Sky News reported, and experts warned other hospitals were also under huge pressure. Britain’s statistics office says about one in every 50 people in England had the coronavirus in the last week. The government aims to vaccinate more than 13 million people, including those over 70, by February 15.
