Japanese PM welcomed by SKorean president

Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida was welcomed by South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol at the South Korean Presidential Office in Seoul on Sunday.Kishida arrived earlier on Sunday for a meeting with Yoon, which is their second summit in less two months.

Kishida's two-day trip reciprocates Yoon's mid-March visit to Tokyo.The exchange between the leaders of the Asian neighbours, the first of its kind in 12 years, signals that both nations are serious about strengthening ties in the face of shared regional challenges.
