Inspection Tour: Kayah State Chief Minister visits hospitals and schools

Chief Minister of Kayah State U Aunt Maw, together with officials, visited Lawpita Station Hospital on Friday.

The Chief Minister met with patients, provided financial assistance, and encouraged the staff. He also reviewed medical supplies and services, emphasizing the need for adequate medicines, proper treatment systems, staff welfare, and cleanliness.

The Chief Minister and party later visited Lawpita Basic Education High School and Shan Ywa Basic Education High School. They viewed the student admissions for the 2026–2027 academic year, and distributed uniforms and school supplies.

The Chief Minister instructed officials to ensure all students have the necessary textbooks, stationery, uniforms, and a clean, safe school environment. The Chief Minister then visited the Lay Mile checkpoint to review security measures. He instructed officials to uphold laws and regulations, ensuring smooth and safe public services.
