Inspection of temporary buildings: MoI UM inspected temporary buildings for staff

Union Minister for Industry, Dr. Charlie Than, accompanied by Director Generals and senior officials, conducted an inspection at the vehicle parking area within Office No. (37) of the Ministry of Industry on June 3rd.

The purpose of the visit was to examine the completion status of temporary buildings constructed to provide accommodation for staff and their families, as well as to assess the arrangements made for water supply, electricity, and sanitation.

The Union Minister provided necessary guidance on areas needing improvement. Following that, the Union Minister visited Heavy Industry No. (3) and the Myanmar Pharmaceutical Enterprise to inspect the working conditions of staff and the ongoing office operations. He instructed that efforts be made to maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and a pleasant environment within the office compounds and rooms.

He also gave guidance on the effective reuse of salvageable materials that were damaged during the recent earthquake.
