Inspection of livestock zone: YGN Region CM inspected livestock zine tin Taikkyi

Yangon Region Chief Minister U Soe Thein, accompanied by officials, conducted a field inspection to assess the development of the Taikkyi Livestock Zone in Chin Kone Village Tract, Taikkyi Township, Yangon Region on June 22nd. They observed the current status of livestock breeding in various plots within the zone, the cultivation of animal feed crops and windbreak trees, and the progress of livestock farm construction.

First, Chief Minister and officials toured the Taikkyi Livestock Zone, inspecting areas designated for chicken farm construction, the breeding of local cattle, the planting of windbreak trees, dairy cow farming, the cultivation of feed crops, and the ongoing work on water storage ponds. They also reviewed the conditions of laying hens, broiler chickens, goats, and sheep being raised. During the inspection, the Chief Minister coordinated and integrated the presentations made by the entrepreneurs with relevant departmental heads and gave necessary instructions.

Subsequently, Chief Minister and officials inspected the Thanatchaung Weir Reservoir near the Taikkyi Livestock Zone. They assessed the water storage levels, the discharge of water from the spillway, and the structural integrity of the reservoir. Officials provided explanations, and the Chief Minister gave necessary instructions.
