Inspection of Development Works: Kayah State CM inspected regional development works

The Kayah State Chief Minister U Ant Maw, together with members of the State Government, inspected the ongoing construction works related to regional development in the morning on July 28.

Firstly, the State Chief Minister and responsible officials inspected the repair works being carried out on two single-story, six residential units staff housing buildings at the State Auxiliary Police Sub-Division Office, which had been damaged by terrorist insurgents. After the inspection, the Chief Minister provided necessary guidance on the submissions made by the responsible officials.

Subsequently, the Chief Minister and officials proceeded to Loikaw Prison for an inspection. At the prison, the Assistant Director from the Prisons Department, Loikaw Prison, made presentations, upon which the Chief Minister gave necessary guidance and directives.

After that, the State Chief Minister and responsible officials inspected the inmates' dormitories, food storage facilities, and the kitchen. The Chief Minister instructed the responsible officials to ensure that meals are prepared and served in a clean and fresh manner, and to make necessary arrangements to ensure that inmates fully enjoy their entitled rights, it’s reported.
