Industrial Development: Chief Minister inspects factories in Hpa-An Industrial Zone

Kayin State Chief Minister U Saw Myint Oo on Wednesday inspected factories in the Hpa-An Industrial Zone to encourage industrial growth and improve investment, technology, and market opportunities.

During the visit, he toured an EV motorcycle assembly plant operated by Arrow Auto Engineering Co., Ltd., where officials outlined plans to expand production to include TATA pickup vehicles. He also visited a Thai Fashion rubber footwear factory under construction and urged for timely completion.

The Chief Minister also inspected the Kubota agricultural machinery factory, where he observed the production of engines and farming equipment. He encouraged the company to expand production and continue supporting Myanmar's agricultural sector with locally assembled machinery.
