Honouring: SAC-conferred honorary title handed over

Chairman of the State Administration Council conferred honorary titles on recipients individually on the 1st and 2nd of January, marking the 75th Anniversary of Independence Day.

Yangon Region Chief Minister U Soe Thein, and officials are handing over honorary titles to family members of those who were unable to attend the conferring ceremony due to various reasons.

On Saturday, on behalf of Minister for Education U Maung Kyaw Zan, granddaughter Daw May Aye Win received the ThiriPyanchi title at the Yangon City Hall in Kyauktada Township.
