

Authorities in Hong Kong lifted a COVID-19 ban on arrivals from nine countries. Flights from Australia, Canada, France, India, Nepal, Pakistan, the Philippines, the UK and the US - previously banned from flying directly to Hong Kong - have been allowed to resume from April 1.
And quarantine has been shortened to potentially just seven days, if travelers repeatedly test negative for COVID-19. Other major international aviation hubs in Asia have resumed regular business, but Hong Kong remains mostly closed, especially to non-residents, and people without work visas.
