Graduation Ceremony: 35 Students Completed Agricultural Diploma Course

35 students completed the Diploma Course from the Institute of Agriculture in Myitkyina of Kachin State. A Graduation Ceremony was held on 6th March, with the attendance of Chief Minister U Khet Htein Nan.

The Chief Minister said Kachin State is not only rich in natural resources but also posseses many virgin and vacant lands with good fertile soil to expand the agriculture works. He urged the newly graduated agriculturalists to strive for promoting crops yeilding to meet the market demand.

He also stressed to support in human resource development works who are excelled in modern agriculture techniques in order to contribute for socio-economic development of farmers. The Graduation Certificates were later presented by the Principal. The outstanding students were also presented cash awards by the Chief Minister.
