According to the official from CBM, it is needed to follow the instructions, laws, rules and regulations announced by the CBM.

Permanent Secretary, Central Bank of Myanmar (CBM), Aung Aung said "If you want to inform about the person who instigated the price instability in the foreign currency market, it’s need the exact information about the instigator’s name, the name of organization, the instigation ways, the price fluctuations caused by manipulation can be sent to the phone number and email address announced on the CBM website. "

Money changer licensed companies must strictly follow the rules, regulations and instructions issued by CBM.

CBM has announced the instructions to be followed for those non-banking companies who conduct the money changer licenses and everyone can study this information on website at anytime. If further information and instructions to be followed will be issued for the money changer licensed companies, notified emails will be sent and information will be posted on the website for the public.

Constant communication between CBM and the company is needed for money changer licensed companies to comply with the laws, regulations and instructions issued by CBM and to get exemption the financial statement and reports, according to CBM.
