Flower Festival: Event To Be Held At Nay Pyi Taw Water Fountain Garden

A flower festival will be held at the Water Fountain Garden in Nay Pyi Taw from the 14th February to 31st March.

This will be the first event of its kind in Nay Pyi Taw and over 20,000 plants in more than 30 flowering plant species will be showcased at the event.

Playgrounds for children and photography locations for couple photo shoot will also be set up and the entertainment will be featured at the festival, according to the Sun Myat Construction Group Co., Ltd which is preparing for floral decorations at the event.

During the festival, the entry fee for each adult would be 1,500 kyats and their children up to 5 years of age could be brought together free of charge.

The festival is aimed at entertaining civil service personnel in Nay Pyi Taw and to attract both domestic and foreign visitors.
